My parents and I thought that by the third year of taking a group of Americans to Poland, things would be simpler and more efficient. We’re pretty surprised about how complicated things get.
After my time in Brazil, I’ve realized two huge things: I don’t spend enough time in prayer, and I don’t realize how faithful God is. I always knew in the back of my mind that I could improve on my praying habits, and it certainly wouldn’t be a bad thing to trust God with more of my life. But, after all the trauma of the 2014 Summer Project, I am ashamed of how much I had come to rely on my own experience and not on God’s provision.
Tonight, I’m beginning to edit the daily English lessons for our camp. I am in need of prayer over this work. This week we will have purchased all the plane tickets for our team members, and contacted them with detailed itineraries. I am in desperate need of prayer.
